Shipping Locations We currently ship worldwide. No matter where you are located, we work with trusted international carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Time Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. The final shipping rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Information All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package in real-time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For EU Customers (Orders under €150): Good news! For our European customers, all custom duties and VAT are handled by us at checkout via the IOSS system. This means you will not face any surprise fees or additional handling charges upon delivery.

  • Orders Over €150: For orders shipped to EU countries that exceed €150, we reserve the right to ship your items in multiple packages to expedite the customs process and keep each package within the IOSS limit. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers.

  • General Policy: If an order over €150 is shipped in a single package and customs duties occur, these charges (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. VivioHome is not responsible for any additional customs fees applied during or after shipping for international orders outside of the IOSS scope.
