1. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Sale or clearance items (unless they arrive defective).
3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at infoviviohome@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Our team will provide you with the correct return address once your request is approved.
4. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence of the issue.
6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
