Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your VivioHome purchase.

Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact our support team to arrange the exchange.

How to Return
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
